Amy Nusbaum

Do what you love and love what you do! I have been teaching group exercise and personal training for the past 16 years. I an incredibly luckly to have a job I love. I like to consider myself a fitness motivator on and off the mat. I get up every morning knowing that I will motivate and inspire people to change and create a life they love in a healthy, fit mind and body.

I started practicing yoga on a regular basis in 2009, and it deeply impacted my life for the better. I did my 200hr. Yoga Teacher Training with Kim Manfredi at Charm City Yoga. I took my Yoga For Golfers certification in 2011 to learn how to focus and improve the mind-body aspect of golf.  Most recently, I have been completed 800 hours of study for the Balance Body Yoga Therapy Teacher Training.

I continue to believe that challenge and change equals growth. I continue to love learning new ways to keep fit and healthy in mind and body.
