Come sneak away to the yoga studio after your little ones are sleeping and learn about your postpartum body and how to stay safe, smart and strong on the mat and beyond! Take the time to get to know your ever-changing, incredible body and how you can best adapt your yoga practice to receive maximum benefit. Postnatal yoga is a wonderful way for moms to mindfully rebuild abdomininal and pelvic floor strength, tone and strengthen muscles, relieve sore achy hip and back joints, open the chest and shoulders, step into strength and self-power, create space when feeling stretched thin from all the responsibilities of modern motherhood, and cultivate community!
