Keith Golden

A spiritual warrior, Keith Golden inspires strength and confidence through movement and breath. His invigorating classes encourage exploration of yogic techniques and philosophies that enhance the physical and mystical experiences of life. He completed his 200- and 500-hour teacher trainings with Kim Manfredi at Charm City Yoga.

  • Hot Yoga Express 2 [h]
  • Is finding 90 minutes in your day for yoga a challenge? No worries -we offer Vinyasa Express: A condensed, fast paced vinyasa practice with an upbeat vibe. Lengthen, strengthen, tone and breathe, getting the most out of your practice in just 60 minutes of mindful effort. Level 2, or 2 Diamond, classes are suitable for intermediate students. The basic postures are expanded to include more difficult variations and may be described with less detail. The class will flow at a faster pace and the asanas will be held longer. The classes introduce more advanced breathing techniques and concepts in yogic philosophy including the energetic body.

  • Hot Yoga 1 [h]
  • Breath awareness and formal relaxation are introduced. The room is heated to body temperature so your body is warmed, allowing for deeper stretching. The muscles, tendons and ligaments become soft and more flexible. The heat promotes sweating which is a method of cleansing to aid in the healing aspects of this yoga style. Please bring water and a towel.

    Level 1, or 1 Diamond, classes are suitable for beginners who are looking for a slower paced, more descriptive experience. The class will help you develop body awareness, learn the basic postures (asanas) and their modifications. The emphasis on proper alignment will help you build strength slowly and safely. Learn yogic breathing and how to link breath with movement. Have fun in this informative class.

    At the Fly Me, Thai Me workshop, Amanda Briody & Keith Golden will offer fun ways to learn acrobatic partner yoga poses and relaxing massage techniques. While the poses are both beautiful and challenging, their deepest rewards are in how they feel for both flyers and bases. Muscles and joints are awakened in surprising and invigorating ways. What’s more, the sense of trust that grows between partners creates joy and warmth. Come solo or with friends. All levels are welcome.
     
    Amanda believes that yoga offers an opportunity for practitioners to explore and experience the human form in which they live. Her love of the human body is evidenced by the relaxing style and playful energy she brings to acrobatic yoga and Thai massage. These practices have deepened her awareness of her own body and allow her to share her love of yoga and movement with others more intimately.

    Keith experiences yoga as a means of exploring the boundaries and obstacles we perceive in life. Practicing challenging partner poses and Thai massage has deepened his exploration of the physical body, human connection and trust.

    Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to workshop start date will be issued store credit. No store credit will be given for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to workshop start date.   • Community / Hot Vinyasa 2 [h]
  • Community Hot Vinyasa offers the same great quality of instruction at a fraction of the cost! The room is heated to body temperature so your body is warmed, allowing for deeper stretching. The muscles, tendons and ligaments become soft and more flexible. The heat promotes sweating which is a method of cleansing to aid in the healing aspects of this yoga style. All levels of practitioners are welcomed. Please bring water and a towel, and arrive early as these classes fill quickly. Community Classes are $7.


    Level 2, or 2 Diamond, classes are suitable for intermediate students. The basic postures are expanded to include more difficult variations and may be described with less detail. The class will flow at a faster pace and the asanas will be held longer. The classes introduce more advanced breathing techniques and concepts in yogic philosophy including the energetic body.

    Turn up the heat on your favorite flow class. Hot Vinyasa is held in a heated room warms your body for deeper opening and cleansing. The muscles, tendons and ligaments may become supple as you work to sweat out toxins. All levels of practitioners are welcome, but those with conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory disorders, eating disorders, sleep deprivation, or pregnancy should consult their doctor first about the safety. Please bring a water bottle and a towel.


  • Strength & Movement 2
  • Strength & Movement mixes yoga asanas, animalistic ground-based movements and elements of bodyweight training to create an active, dynamic experience. This fun, invigorating practice will increase flexibility, joint mobility, stamina and strength.
