Prepare mother for the spiritual rite of passage of giving birth, and practical yoga for the postpartum period.

“[My son] was truly in Optimal Birthing Position and I am so certain this was not a coincidence from the yoga I was doing up until his birth. He was very low at my 39 week appointment, and even when the doctor checked me just before he was born, she commented on how low he was and how 'easy' his delivery would be.”
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Trainees simultaneously enrolled in a 200 hour teacher training are able to take this training concurrently and gain certification once they have their 200 hour RYT certificate through Yoga Alliance. This training is also open to students who wish to teach prenatal yoga without Yoga Alliance certification who have never taken and do not plan to take a 200 hour teacher training.
